Day-wise Itinerary: Sikkim 6N-7D Honeymoon Package

Day 1: Arrival at Bagdogra/NJP & Transfer to Gangtok
Upon your arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), our representative will meet you and transfer you to Gangtok (approx. 4-5 hours drive), the capital city of Sikkim. Check into your hotel. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, relaxing or exploring the local area.

Day 2: Gangtok Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, embark on a full day of Gangtok local sightseeing. Visit Tashi Viewpoint for panoramic views, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Flower Exhibition Centre, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, and Chorten Stupa. Also, visit the serene Enchey Monastery and the famous Rumtek Monastery (if time permits). In the evening, explore MG Marg, the lively pedestrian street.

Day 3: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake) at an altitude of 12,400 ft. This sacred glacial lake is famous for its changing colors. Further visit Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir. (Nathula Pass is optional and subject to permit and extra cost). Return to Gangtok in the evening.

Day 4: Gangtok to Lachen Transfer
After breakfast, check out from your Gangtok hotel and drive to Lachen (approx. 6-7 hours drive), a picturesque village in North Sikkim. En route, enjoy the scenic beauty, stopping at various viewpoints. Lachen is the base for Chopta Valley and Gurudongmar Lake. Check into your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure.

Day 5: Lachen Sightseeing & Transfer to Lachung
Early morning, proceed for an excursion to Gurudongmar Lake (subject to weather conditions & permit). This sacred lake is one of the highest in the world. Alternatively, visit Chopta Valley. After breakfast, return to Lachen and then drive to Lachung (approx. 2-3 hours drive). Check into your hotel. Lachung is a beautiful mountain village, serving as a base for Yumthang Valley.

Day 6: Lachung Sightseeing – Yumthang Valley & Zero Point (Optional)
After breakfast, proceed to Yumthang Valley, also known as the “Valley of Flowers” (blooming season is April-May). Enjoy the scenic drive and explore the valley. You can also opt for an excursion to Zero Point (subject to weather, permit, and extra cost), offering stunning views of snow-covered mountains. Return to Lachung in the afternoon. Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 7: Lachung to Bagdogra/NJP Departure
After breakfast, check out from your Lachung hotel and transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) for your onward journey, filled with unforgettable memories of your Sikkim honeymoon.
