Day 1: Arrival in Delhi & Historical Exploration
Arrive at Delhi Railway Station after your train journey from Mumbai. Our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in and some rest, embark on a historical tour of Old Delhi. Visit the magnificent Red Fort (external view, subject to time constraints), a UNESCO World Heritage site, and explore Jama Masjid, one of India’s largest mosques. Day 2: Delhi – Mughal Marvels & Imperial Grandeur
After breakfast, continue your exploration of Delhi’s historical gems. Visit Qutub Minar, another UNESCO World Heritage site, a towering minaret and complex of ancient Indo-Islamic architecture. Explore Humayun’s Tomb, a precursor to the Taj Mahal. In the afternoon, drive past the majestic India Gate, the Rashtrapati Bhavan (President’s House), and Parliament House. Visit the Lotus Temple (Baháʼí House of Worship) and Akshardham Temple (closed on Mondays). Dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 3: Delhi – Modern Delhi & Transition to Agra
Enjoy breakfast and check out from your Delhi hotel. Depending on your train schedule to Agra, you might have time for some optional visits like the National Museum or Raj Ghat (Gandhi Memorial). Afterwards, proceed to Delhi Railway Station for your train journey to Agra (approx. 2-3 hours). Upon arrival in Agra, transfer to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure or explore a local market. Day 4: Agra – The Taj Mahal & Agra Fort
Witness the sunrise at the iconic Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World (closed on Fridays). Marvel at its ethereal beauty and learn about its fascinating history. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Later, visit Agra Fort, another UNESCO site, a magnificent Mughal fort that served as the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638. Day 5: Agra – Fatehpur Sikri & Departure to Delhi
After breakfast and check-out, take a half-day excursion to Fatehpur Sikri (approx. 1 hour drive), a deserted sandstone city built by Emperor Akbar. Explore its well-preserved palaces, mosques, and courtyards, including Buland Darwaza and Salim Chishti’s Tomb. Return to Agra. Depending on your train schedule, you may have free time for last-minute souvenir shopping. Later, proceed to Agra Cantt Railway Station for your train journey back to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, transfer to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 6: Delhi Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Depending on your departure schedule, you may have time for some last-minute shopping or an optional visit to a local museum (e.g., National Rail Museum). Our representative will transfer you to Delhi Railway Station for your onward train journey to Mumbai, carrying cherished memories of your student heritage tour.
